About Charles Tupper

My Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Real Estate Professional, a REALTOR®, I have found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. While I do set my business hours, I am very available with scheduled appointments. This way I am more available for clients. I will let my clients speak for me in REVIEWS

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

When you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Williams, Bellemont, Flagstaff, Winona, Winslow, Joseph City, Holbrook, Snowflake, Taylor, Show Low, Lakeside, Pinetop in Coconino and Navajo Counties of Arizona areas, please contact me. And if you're not ready yet, don't worry. Just contact me with your questions and let me know when you might be closer as it will give you the time to prepare and I can introduce you to the lenders to get you to that point.

Honored to serve all your Real Estate needs.

I continue educating myself to better serve you as that is my goal and I will be honored to serve all your Real Estate needs. Whether you’re buying or selling, I’ll apply all I know to make your goal my purpose. I look forward to meeting you and assisting in making your new purchase or sale successful in every way possible.

Why Real Estate Certifications & Designations are Important

Real estate certifications and designations are important because they educate and equip real estate professionals with the tools to help clients in unique housing situations and increase marketability. Agents and brokers can distinguish themselves from their competition as experts with knowledge in these areas to prospective buyers and sellers.

Choosing the proper real estate designations allows them to carve themselves a niche and brand, while providing extensive training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and sales processes. This Makes your agent more beneficial to you.

My Designations and Certifications

& what they mean to you.

Graduates of the REALTOR® Institute have received extensive additional education related to residential real estate. REALTORS® with the GRI designation have in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process.

Accredited Buyer Representative:

As a buyer, you may want to look for someone with this designation since it means the agent has taken a course in buyer representation, passed the test and has extensive experience with buyers. The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process. Valuable real estate education that elevates skills and knowledge. Ongoing specialized information, programs, and updates that keep your REALTOR® knowledgeable on the issues and trends facing home buyers.

 Certified Risk Management Specialist (rCRMS)

AAR’s certification program designed to increase members’ knowledge to successfully manage real estate transactions for clients while reducing exposure to risk.

    Military Relocation Professional:

MRP NAR's Military Relocation Professional certification focuses on educating real estate professionals about working with current and former military service members to find housing solutions that best suit their needs and take full advantage of military benefits and support. MRP—Military Relocation Professional: This certification emphasizes experience and education with current and former military personnel and their families. Home ownership is an important part of the fabric of America and having a stable home environment is vital when men and women of the military are called away to serve their country. That is why working with a REALTOR® who understands their specific needs and timetable will help make the transfer easier, faster and less stressful. A REALTOR® with the MRP certification has the knowledge and skills for working with veterans and active duty military buyers and sellers to ensure that home ownership remains affordable and accessible.

Masters of Real Estate Society (MRES)

The Master of Real Estate Society (MRES) is an Exclusive Membership Society. It was created to recognize members’ continuous educational accomplishments.
